We offer careful delivery adapted to the amount of your order.

Standard delivery to your home (3 to 6 business days) :

What are the delivery times?

Orders are processed from Monday to Friday.

Estimated delivery times:
• Standard home delivery : 3 to 6 business days
• Pick-up point : 3 to 6 business days
• Express home delivery : 48 to 72h

Islands and outside Europe : please allow an additional 1 to 3 business days.

Depending on your final destination, these delivery times may vary slightly. As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link to follow your parcel in real time. Our Customer service remains entirely at your disposal for any questions regarding your delivery.

How can I track the shipment of my package?

As soon as your order is shipped, you automatically receive a confirmation email containing your tracking link.

You can also request the status of your delivery directly through this support service. Real-time tracking is available upon simple request here.

If you cannot find your confirmation email within 48 business hours following your order, check your Spam folder. For any personalized assistance, customer service remains at your disposal.

I chose the wrong perfume, can I exchange it with you?

Of course, together we will find the best solution depending on the progress of your order.

If your order has not yet been shipped
Contact us immediately via chat or via the Contact form. We will cancel it without delay and at no cost to you so that you can place a new order with the correct item.

If your package is already on its way
First receive it, then write to us via this chat or via the Contact form. We will send you a return form to include with the product. It must reach us unopened, in its intact original packaging.

Return conditions
Return costs are your responsibility and the initial shipping costs are not refunded. Upon receipt and inspection of the item, we will proceed with the exchange or refund according to your preference.

Use
